Senior Accountant

Evans & Associates Accounting is a well-established and respected accounting practice with its head office in Cobram. We specialise in providing expert accounting services to individuals, families, and businesses across the region. With a strong commitment to excellence and client care, we are excited to welcome a motivated and driven Qualified Accountant to our growing team in Euroa.

Your Role

As a Qualified Accountant, you will:

• Handle tax compliance work, including BAS, financial statements, and income tax returns.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, managing a diverse portfolio of individuals and businesses.
• Play an active role in driving the success and growth of the Euroa office.
• Collaborate with our team across locations to uphold the high standards of Evans & Associates.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A degree in accounting or a related field.
• CPA or CA qualification (or active enrolment in either program).
• At least 2 years of public practice experience within Australia.
• Expertise in Australian taxation and accounting software, particularly Xero.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
