Senior Accountant

We're seeking a Senior Accountant or Manager to join our growing team. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, mentor junior staff and play a key role in shaping how we harness AI and digital tools to work smarter.

Key responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of clients across compliance and advisory engagements

Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns and BAS for a range of entity structures

Providing proactive, strategic advice to help clients grow and thrive

Leveraging technology and AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance client outcomes

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive innovation across the firm

Mentoring and supporting junior team members

Building strong, lasting client relationships

About you

Strong technical knowledge across Australian taxation, financial reporting and compliance

Technology and AI acumen - comfortable adopting new tools and genuinely curious about how emerging technology can transform the profession

CA or CPA qualified (or well progressed)

Minimum 4-5 years' experience in Australian public practice

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, self-motivated attitude and genuine commitment to client service

A strong team mentality

Experience with GP accounts an advantage
