About Us Simply Social is a social-first creative agency helping brands move from being on social to being in social. We work with brands like Tesco, Gousto, Just Eat, Peroni and Universal Pictures, creating content designed for how people actually consume today. Fast, relevant, and built to perform in-feed. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to help deliver large-scale social programmes for some of the UK's best-known brands. This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing structure to busy accounts and making complex projects run smoothly. You'll work closely with clients, creatives, strategists and producers to ensure content is delivered on time, on budget and to a consistently high standard. You'll be managing high volumes of content and campaigns, often across multiple channels and stakeholders, so strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience working on food, FMCG or retail brands is highly desirable, particularly if you've managed content-heavy accounts with lots of moving parts. Experience working with creators, influencers or full-funnel campaigns is a bonus.

This isn't a senior client lead role. We're looking for someone who enjoys delivery, loves getting things done, and takes pride in making ambitious creative work happen. What You'll Be Doing Managing day-to-day relationships with clients and keeping projects moving smoothly Owning timelines, workflows and delivery across campaigns and always-on content Managing large volumes of assets and coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams Briefing creative, strategy, paid and production teams clearly and efficiently Running regular client status calls and providing clear updates Managing feedback and approvals to ensure projects stay on track Supporting creator and influencer campaigns where required Working closely with paid and strategy teams to deliver integrated social campaigns Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working Helping maintain the high standards we're known for across every piece of work What We're Looking For 3-5 years' experience in an agency, social or integrated marketing role Experience working on food, FMCG or retail brands is highly desirable Proven experience managing content-heavy accounts with multiple stakeholders and deadlines Strong project management and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively Comfortable working across strategy, creative, production and paid teams Experience with creators, influencers or full-funnel campaigns is a bonus Calm under pressure and comfortable working at pace A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in What Good Looks Like Clients feel informed, confident and well looked after Complex projects run smoothly with minimal escalation High volumes of content are delivered on time and to a high standard Internal teams are aligned and enjoy working with you Problems are anticipated and solved before they become issues You help make ambitious creative work happen consistently Why Simply Social Work on household names across food, retail and entertainment Be part of a genuinely social-first agency where speed, taste and judgement matter Help shape the future of a fast-growing agency with real momentum Work across strategy, creative, paid, production and creators Create work that doesn't just appear in feeds, but earns attention within them Thanks Team Simply
