Role- Senior Account Executive

Location -Indore

Required Skills:

\n
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
\n
• Good knowledge of payroll statutory compliances, including TDS, Professional Tax (PT), PF, ESIC.
\n
• Experience in payroll reconciliations and statutory return filings.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
\n
• Working knowledge of SAP Payroll will be preferred.
\n
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Good communication and coordination skills.
\n
• Qualification should be - MBA / CA / CA Intermediate
\n

Roles and Responsibilities:

\n
• End-to-end payroll processing for employees.
\n
• Payroll validation, reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
\n
• Calculation and deduction of Income Tax (TDS) from salaries.
\n
• Filing and compliance related to TDS returns.
\n
• Professional Tax (PT) calculation, payment, and return filing.
\n
• Processing of Full & Final settlements.
\n
• Leave, attendance, and payroll data management.
\n
• Preparation of payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliations.
\n
• Coordination with HR, Finance, and employees to resolve payroll-related queries.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll and labor regulations.
