As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play an important role in bringing exciting beauty brands to life. From developing attention-grabbing story ideas and securing standout media coverage to supporting launches, events, and influencer activations, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of high-profile projects. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, strong relationship builder, and organized multitasker who loves the energy of agency life.

The Role:

• Bring creative PR ideas to life across a dynamic portfolio of beauty and lifestyle brands
• Develop compelling media angles and build relationships with editors, creators, and industry contacts
• Support exciting product launches, events, press activity, and influencer campaigns from concept to execution
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to keep campaigns moving and opportunities coming
• Create polished presentations, reports, and campaign materials while keeping projects organized and on track

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5+ years of experience in PR or communications, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural eye for a good story
• Strong media and influencer relationships and an understanding of the beauty landscape
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Creative, collaborative, and confident working directly with clients and internal teams

Location: NYC – On-site in Brooklyn 3x a week
