Altitude Hotels & Resorts is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our growing hospitality group.

We are looking for a responsible accounting professional with strong hands-on experience in Tally, day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and account management.

Role Description

The Senior Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the Central Office in Kushalnagar, Coorg, with Altitude Hotels & Resorts.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling transactions, reconciliations, reporting and supporting the overall financial management of our hospitality group.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in Tally, excellent knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail and the ability to independently manage accounting responsibilities across multiple hotel and resort operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally.
• Handle sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor debtor and creditor accounts and follow up where required.
• Handle vendor payments and maintain purchase and expense records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, MIS and management reports.
• Coordinate with management, auditors and internal departments for accounting requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation, vouchers and supporting financial records.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Assist with GST-related documentation, statutory compliance and other accounting requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
• Support accounting operations for multiple hotels and resorts under the group.
• Maintain complete confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Candidate Requirements

✔ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred

✔ Strong hands-on expertise in Tally is mandatory

✔ Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping

✔ Experience in bank reconciliation, GST and financial reporting

✔ Strong working knowledge of MS Excel

✔ Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ High level of accuracy and attention to detail

✔ Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be an added advantage
