Self-Employed Commercial & Specialist Cleaner

About Us:
Titan Facilities Services Ltd is a commercial and residential cleaning company operating across Surrey and Berkshire. We're looking for experienced, reliable self-employed cleaners to join our growing subcontractor network.

The Role:
We're looking for cleaners with genuine experience in commercial and specialist residential cleaning, including:

• Commercial/office cleaning
• End of tenancy cleans
• Airbnb / holiday let turnovers
• Builders cleans / post-construction cleans
• Deep cleans

This is self-employed work - you'll manage your own schedule, choose which jobs suit you, and invoice for completed work. Many of our subcontractors value the flexibility this offers over fixed employed hours.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in commercial and/or specialist residential cleaning (essential - please detail your experience when applying)
• Own transport preferred, given site locations vary across Surrey/Berkshire
• Right to work in the UK
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently to a high standard
• Comfortable managing your own tax/NI as self-employed
