Support effective security services as a Security Operations Manager, ensuring operational efficiency and supervision of security staff. This role involves managing shifts and maintaining client relationships to meet service expectations. The Security Operations Manager assists under the direction of the Security Lead and District Manager, overseeing guarding operations across multiple sites.
You'll play a critical role in coaching personnel, ensuring adherence to service standards, and managing administrative procedures. Your ability to communicate clearly and develop staff will be vital for success in this role.
