Role Overview By joining Security & Resiliency as Cybersecurity Assurance at Kyndryl, you’ll step into the world of Cybersecurity with a mission that extends beyond ordinary practices. You will partner with Fortune 500 clients to safeguard their digital footprint in an ever‑evolving landscape, demonstrating offensive security techniques, risk management, mitigation and quantification methodologies to protect our customers from emerging threats. Responsibilities Conduct vulnerability management, penetration testing and audit compliance activities.

Demonstrate compliance and risk management with federal, state, and industry regulations. Shape future capabilities and drive innovation in cybersecurity. Support customers’ audit readiness and defense against cybersecurity threats and regulatory challenges.

Required Skills and Experience 3‑5 years of cybersecurity experience. Knowledge of global cyber threats, threat actors and the tactics, techniques and procedures used by cyber adversaries. Experience conducting security and risk assessments using security frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF, ISO, Common Criteria).

Ability to adapt to changing security threats and technologies and stay updated with the latest security trends and best practices. Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields. Experience with NIST800‑30, ISO27005 and/or ISO31000 risk frameworks.

Experience with audits including SOC1, SOC2, SOC3, ISO27001, ISO27017, ISO27018, HITRUST and/or PCI‑DSS. Cybersecurity certifications. Desired Qualities Growth mindset and strong personal development focus.
