Sector Manager (Benefits Service) Permanent Grade D – £45,091 – £53,460 per annum Consultation grade – subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.50 hours per week Overview We’re looking for a Benefits Sector Manager to lead our high‑profile Supported Accommodation Housing Benefit Team within the country’s largest local authority. This is a hands‑on manager role for someone who thrives on pace, complexity and challenge. This position will drive performance, improve outcomes and work in partnership with colleagues and partners to improve this critical public service. Key responsibilities You will lead and motivate an operational team, review policy and introduce new legislation into robust, efficient processes. Qualifications Proven experience of housing and legislative knowledge is essential for this role. Working arrangement This is a hybrid working role and onsite attendance is subject to service needs.
