Section Engineer

Section Engineer – Birmingham, United Kingdom. Temporary Full‑time On‑site. Our client, a well‑established civil engineering contractor, is looking for a Section Engineer for a major infrastructure project.

Responsibilities Manage site engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and to programme. Prepare, review, and implement RAMS before works commence. Ensure Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) are completed, recorded and maintained to industry standards.

Monitor site activities to guarantee compliance with health & safety requirements and company procedures, resolving any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records, including setting‑out, as‑built information, and quality documentation. Produce and update short‑term and monthly programmes for your section of works.

Qualifications Previous experience in a Section Engineer role within civil engineering. Setting‑out engineering experience. A valid CSCS card.
