SDWAN Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SD-WAN Engineer to join our Network Operations & Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SD-WAN, SASE/SSE technologies, advanced routing and switching, data center networking, network security, and multi-cloud connectivity . The role involves designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure while providing advanced technical support and escalation management for global customers.

Key Responsibilitie sSD-WAN Operations & Suppor tDeploy, configure, and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions including Versa, Fortinet, Arista, and Cato Network s .Diagnose and resolve overlay and underlay network issue s affecting SD-WAN performance .Perform branch onboarding, site migrations, and network transformation activities .Monitor network health, performance, and availability across distributed environments .SASE / SSE Suppor tProvide advanced escalation support for SASE/SSE platform s .Manage and troubleshoot solutions including :Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA )Data Loss Prevention (DLP )Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB )Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS )Collaborate with security and operations teams to ensure secure access and policy enforcement .Advanced Networkin gConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot large-scale IP/MPLS networks .Work extensively with Cisco, Nokia, and Junipe r networking environments .Perform advanced troubleshooting of routing protocols including :BG POSP FIS-I SAnalyze network performance and implement optimization strategies .Data Center & Cloud Connectivit yDesign, implement, and support Leaf-Spine Data Center Architecture s .Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of data center networking solutions .Manage and support multi-cloud connectivit y across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments .Ensure high availability and resilient network connectivity across hybrid cloud infrastructures .Network Securit yConfigure and troubleshoot network security solutions including :Firewalls (Fortinet, Arista, etc. )DDoS Protection Solution sIPSec VPNs and Secure Connectivit ySupport security policy implementation and compliance requirements .Network Design & Implementatio nDevelop and implement High-Level Designs (HLD ) and Low-Level Designs (LLD ) .Participate in network architecture reviews and technology evaluations .Ensure solutions align with business, security, and operational requirements .Automation & Innovatio nDevelop and maintain network automation workflows using Pytho n and related tools .Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort .Support Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and network orchestration initiatives .
