About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SAP (WM/EWM) Consultant to support the stability, optimization, and continuous evolution of warehouse management processes within complex logistics environments.

In this role, you will work closely with international teams to enhance SAP WM and EWM solutions, support business-critical operations, resolve functional and integration-related issues, and contribute to rollout and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also play a key role in ensuring seamless integration between SAP and external warehouse management and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and continuously improve SAP Warehouse Management (WM) processes, ensuring operational stability and business continuity.
  • Analyze and resolve complex functional and integration-related incidents affecting warehouse operations.
  • Maintain and monitor integrations between SAP ECC/S/4HANA and external systems, including WMS, MES, TMS, and warehouse automation platforms.
  • Configure and maintain SAP integration components, including mappings, transformation rules, validation logic, and interface structures.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IDocs, RFCs, queues, and interface messages to ensure reliable system communication.
  • Participate in rollout projects, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the client's global logistics architecture.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation for warehouse processes, interfaces, and integration components.
  • Provide advanced support to functional and technical teams during critical operations and project implementations.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders while following Supply Chain standards and best practices.
  • Record and qualify technical requirements from tenders and workshops at the customer's site.
  • Develop IT solution concepts and documentation, including specifications and business blueprints.
  • Realize solution concepts with a focus on SAP EWM and connected SAP modules.
  • Create test cases and support testing at the customer, as well as cutover and change management activities.
  • Conduct trainings for end users and/or key users.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Solid experience as an SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of SAP WM processes and warehouse operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP integration technologies, including IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, ALE, and queue monitoring.
  • Experience using monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as BD87, WE02, SMQ1, and SMQ2.
  • Experience integrating SAP with external warehouse management, manufacturing, transportation, or automation systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex logistics environments.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an SAP EWM Consultant.
  • Analytical skills and strong IT affinity.
  • English proficiency at C1 level.
  • Spanish proficiency at B2 level.
  • Availability to work within the Spain time zone.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management environments.
  • Previous experience with Körber Supply Chain solutions.
  • Experience in international rollout projects.
  • Knowledge of warehouse automation and logistics execution platforms.
  • Experience working in multicultural and distributed teams.
  • Completed vocational training and/or university degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Natural Sciences, or a similar field.
