Position title: SAP SuccessFactors iXp Intern – AISoftware Developer, Learning Expected Start: June/July 2026 In this role, you’ll: Design, develop, test, and enhance software by understanding requirements, implementing and testing features, writing automated tests, and resolving issues.

Embrace lean and agile software development principles by participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Collaborate and innovate with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to deliver a seamless, consistent, and engaging product/experience for millions of users. Gain experience working with Generative AI, Foundation Models, and LLMs.

Grow in leadership, presentation, and other soft skills. What You’ll Bring: We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Candidates to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s degree program in Computer Science or Engineering at an accredited institution. Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, OOP, design patterns, and software design principles. Knowledge of backend services (REST APIs, Microservices) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).

Understanding of at least one relational database system such as SAP Hana, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or DB2. DevOps mindset – inherent sense of ownership through the development and deployment lifecycle. Technologies/Tools/Architectures you could enjoy: Cloud development, AI, Microservices, Continuous Delivery, Spring Boot, Spring Reactor, Docker, Kubernetes, Swagger, Hadoop.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 (USD)USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through this selection process.
