SAP S2C Business Analyst

We are looking for an SAP S2C Business Analyst to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and analytical professional who is passionate about SAP solutions, business process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced international environment.

What will be your impact?

• Provide support for SAP Service-to-Cash (S2C) processes and assist users with SAP S/4HANA and FIORI functionality.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP-related incidents in collaboration with SMEs and technical teams.
• Participate in SAP implementation projects, enhancements, upgrades, and system releases.
• Execute and support testing activities including integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and integration partners to deliver effective SAP solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize SAP processes and user experience.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Advanced or Bilingual English (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of Service-to-Cash (S2C) processes, including billing, budgeting, matter management, fee management, time recording, WIP management, and cost processing.
• Strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA and FIORI applications.
• Knowledge of SAP SD, Resource Based Billing (RBB), and Project Systems (PS) modules.
• Understanding of integration points between SAP SD, PS, FI/CO, and MM-Purchasing modules.
• Experience troubleshooting SAP-related business process issues and supporting end users.
• Experience participating in SAP implementations, production support, testing cycles, and system releases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
