Key Technical Skills: Sound SAP Ariba Buying knowledge and experience including ITK and CIG integrations Good SQL fluency and understanding of RDBMS concepts Working experience with Webservices and API usage within and beyond SAP Ariba Key Product Management skills: Good understanding of Agile and Scrum framework Expertise in understanding business requirements and delivering user stories right from inception till implementation including drafting and verifying the acceptance criteria against the development items? Working experience in JIRA and Confluence Consulting skills: Excellent understanding of the indirect procurement process (P2P) Strong business acumen and ability to adapt to the J&J business model of overlapping processes (P2P, Finance, UX, TLM etc) Clear communication and a strong command of the language to cater the global procurement business stakeholder community
