SAP Order-to-Cash Manager S/4 Hana
Location: Dublin or Kilkenny (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)
Salary: €68,000 - €85,000 + 10% Bonus
We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash Manager to join a major Irish organisation embarking on a significant IT transformation programme. This is a key leadership role focused on shaping and owning the future Order-to-Cash technology landscape while supporting the transition to an enhanced internal IT capability.
Reporting into the Supply Chain & Manufacturing technology function, you will act as the technology owner for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash domain, ensuring systems, processes and integrations effectively support business objectives.
You will lead a small team of three specialists while partnering closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external service providers to define strategy, drive continuous improvement and deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the SAP Order-to-Cash technology roadmap and solution landscape.(S/4 Hana)
- Lead and develop a team of three specialists.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance stakeholders to align technology solutions with business requirements.
- Drive solution design, process optimisation and automation initiatives.
- Oversee system enhancements, projects and change initiatives across the Order-to-Cash domain.
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT and external partners.
- Ensure system integrity, governance, security and compliance standards are maintained.
- Contribute to future-state architecture and technology strategy.
Requirements
- Strong experience owning SAP Order-to-Cash solutions within a complex enterprise environment.
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end O2C business processes.
- Experience operating as a Solution Owner, Product Owner, Applications Manager or Functional Lead.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Experience leading teams and coordinating third-party partners.
- Strong background in business process improvement, systems optimisation and technology transformation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
