Job Title: SAP ISU FICA Consultant

Experience Range: 5- 14 Years

Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education

Key Skills:

• SAP IS-U certification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting experience with at least 4-5 years in SAP IS-U FICA.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects in utility industries.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP IS-U FICA.
• Configure and support SAP IS-U FICA processes including:
• Business Partner
• Contract Account Management
• Payments and Returns
• Security Deposits
• Dunning
• Collections Management
• Write-offs
• Installment Plans
• Refund Processing
• Interest Calculation
• Correspondence Management
• Disconnection and reconnection
• Integrate FICA with:
• SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing
• Device Management
• Customer Service
• General Ledger (FI)
• SAP CRM
• SAP S/4HANA Utilities
• BMD & TMD
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and collaborate with ABAP teams for custom developments.
• Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
• Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Post-Go-Live Support.
• Work with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams during implementation and support projects.
• Provide production support and resolve critical incidents within defined SLAs.
• Participate in enhancement, rollout, and transformation projects.
