Job Description: SAP Basis Support Analyst*

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred)

Skills: Database Administration (DBMS)~Digital : SAP BASIS - HANA Experience Required: 6-8 Years

SAP Basis & Database Administration:

• Successfully managed 9+ years of experience in SAP BASIS and HANA DB administration.
• Executed System copy for Oracle/HANA Database, SAP Client copies, and environment refreshes (restoring one env. to another env.) end-to-end.

High Availability & Monitoring:

• Possess Hands-on experience in working with SAP system HANA Database in HA environment (Suse pacemaker cluster), including configuration, monitoring, failover testing, and administration.
• Performing daily health checks and Monitoring for system performance and stability.

System Upgrades & Patching:

• Hands-on experience in all phases of SAP Upgrades (e.g., Kernel, Support pack), Installation, and Security Patching.
• Applying notes based on the solution received and managing system Startup/Shutdown procedures.
