SAP Consultant

About the Role Soneji Engineering is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SAP Executive to manage and support SAP Business One operations across the organization. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition from the existing ERP system to SAP Business One and will thereafter manage day-to-day ERP activities, user coordination, troubleshooting, reporting, and training support. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day operations and support of SAP Business One ERP Coordinate with SAP implementation partners and support teams for issue resolution and system improvements Support SAP Business One implementation, migration, and process coordination activities Understand user concerns/issues and coordinate with SAP consultants for timely resolution Monitor ERP data accuracy and ensure smooth transaction processing Provide first-level user support and troubleshoot SAP-related issues Conduct user training sessions and assist employees with ERP usage Prepare SOPs, manuals, and ERP documentation Coordinate with departments for ERP process requirements and improvements Support management with ERP reports and MIS requirements Skills - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, or related field 2–5 years of ERP/SAP support experience preferred Experience with SAP Business One will be preferred Good understanding of ERP workflows and business processes Strong coordination and communication skills Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry will be an added advantage
