We're hiring our founding Salon Manager. We are local owners who believe in empowering our managers.

We're planning additional Greater Boston locations. Strong performers will be first in line for Multi-Unit Manager as we expand. No chemicals, no color.

You're the vibe-setter. Interview, hire, and train the team with owner support Run daily operations: scheduling, inventory, opening/closing, handling call-outs Cut hair on the floor alongside your team this is a working manager role Make nervous kids laugh and anxious parents feel at ease Requirements: Active Massachusetts cosmetology license (you'll be named on our salon license) Prior leadership, lead-stylist, key-holder, or management experience in a salon Resume required Saturday availability; Sundays on a rotating basis Genuine love for kids and high-energy family environments Apply today with your resume.
