Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Trade Counter Salespeople to join our team in our busy hardware store. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll be dealing with tradespeople, DIY customers and members of the public, helping them find the right products and providing excellent service.
- Serving customers at the trade counter and over the phone
- Taking orders and processing sales accurately
- Advising customers on hardware, tools, building materials and related products
- Preparing and organising customer orders
- Receiving, checking and putting away stock
- Keeping the trade counter and surrounding areas clean and well organised
- Building strong relationships with regular trade customers
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive store team

Essential
- Minimum Experienced Required (Years): 2
- Minimum Qualification: Level 4 (incl Leaving Certificate/ Leaving Certificate Applied/ Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme)
