Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects in delivering scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive innovation, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Oversee end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platforms.
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, best practices, and governance policies, including CI/CD, code reviews, security, and data management.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and prioritization to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, emerging features, and integration opportunities to optimize system capabilities.
- Drive automation, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT leaders to ensure alignment with overall technology strategy and ecosystem integration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 8โ12 years of Salesforce platform experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, data model, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and third-party integrations.
- Experience managing DevOps processes using tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
- Prior experience in global or large enterprise setups with cross-functional delivery teams.
