Salesforce Engineer

We’re working with a fast-growth fin-tech organisation that’s building a modern, scalable Salesforce platform to support business‑critical operations. They’re looking for a Salesforce Engineer to join an agile, collaborative engineering team focused on hands-on development, CI/CD, and technical implementation. About the role You’ll support and enhance a Salesforce Sales, Service and Community Cloud environment, working across the full SDLC.

The role involves hands‑on development (Apex, Lightning, Flows), platform configuration, integrations, and continuous improvement, using modern development practices including CI/CD and BDD. You’ll collaborate closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to deliver robust, user‑centric solutions. Key skills & experience 3-5 years’ experience in Salesforce development Strong Salesforce Lightning experience (Apex, Flows, components) Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) Familiarity with DevOps tooling (SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Git) Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments Proactive, collaborative, and quality‑driven mindset Salesforce certifications advantageous Why apply?
