At Modelit, we’re looking for a Salesforce Developer (with Admin & Declarative Skills)- skilled in both declarative configuration and custom development - to join our team!

We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, technically skilled, and comfortable working directly with clients in a fast-paced, project-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and automation (Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, etc.).

  • Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and API integrations.

  • Design and implement event-driven solutions using Platform Events for real-time integrations and process automation.

  • Perform data imports/exports, deduplication, validation, and create actionable reports and dashboards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, monitor system health, and proactively suggest improvements.

  • Maintain clear documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define requirements, explain solutions, and provide training.

  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to improve client environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as both a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers) and Platform Events.

  • Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills across both configuration and code.

  • Proven skills in Salesforce declarative tools and development.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or higher).

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
