Salesforce CPQ

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ implementations and Q2C processes

• Gather requirements and design solution/system architecture and ERDs

• Configure complex products, bundles, pricing, discounting, Product Rules, Price Rules and Guided Selling

• Implement Salesforce Billing, subscription, recurring and usage-based billing

• Handle invoicing, payments, amendments, renewals, collections and revenue recognition

• Design integrations with NetSuite/ERP, payment gateways and tax engines using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft/Boomi

• Drive automation, approvals, reporting, documentation, deployment and post-go-live support

• Guide development teams and work directly with business stakeholders/clients

Must Have

• 12+ years overall experience with 10+ years in Salesforce

• Strong hands-on Salesforce CPQ & Billing implementation experience

• Strong Revenue Cloud and Quote-to-Cash experience

• Subscription Management, recurring & usage-based billing

• Revenue Recognition knowledge

• Product configuration, bundles, pricing, discounting, Product/Price Rules and automation

• NetSuite/ERP integration and REST/SOAP API experience

• MuleSoft or Boomi exposure

• Strong solution architecture and client-facing experience

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist – Mandatory

• Revenue Cloud Consultant Certification – Mandatory

Good to Have: Agentforce, CLM, ASC 606/IFRS 15, Application Architect, Platform Developer or Integration Architecture certifications.
