As a Salesforce Consultant at Omega CRM, you enable successful project delivery by capturing and analyzing user and business needs, aligning outcomes with the service vision and business strategy. You will work within a cross-functional team to design practical Salesforce solutions, estimate effort, and ensure quality and performance. Your role spans collaboration with clients and providers, documentation, and knowledge sharing to drive measurable business impact.

• Analyze requirements and design functional Salesforce solutions for projects
• Provide effort estimations for initiatives
• Collaborate with Omega team and clients to meet project objectives
• Analyze and improve application performance
• Coordinate with technology providers as needed
• Validate solutions against functional requirements
• Adhere to Omega’s software quality standards
• Produce functional documentation for projects
• Share knowledge within Omega’s community of practice

• English full professional proficiency (spoken and written)
• 4+ years Salesforce core expertise (administration, xkdbapo configuration, consulting)
• Hands-on experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
• Ability to act as a functional liaison translating business needs to technical teams
• Solid experience with Agile delivery (SCRUM)
