- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing teams.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce process optimization and business transformation.
- Experience defining business requirements, user stories, process maps, and workflow documentation.
- Experience configuring Salesforce tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Lightning App Builder.
- Experience supporting metrics tracking, KPI reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities (Key Activities)
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Business Analysts.
- Align team objectives with business and organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Review and validate user stories, process maps, and business documentation.
- Design and optimize Salesforce-driven business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure secure and effective use of Salesforce platforms for internal and external users.
