Job Description

Job Responsibilities : Manage and grow OEM business by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. Handle end-to-end coordination with OEM clients for enquiries, quotations, order execution, and commercial discussions. Prepare monthly MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business performance analysis to support management reviews. Identify new product development and business expansion opportunities within the OEM segment. Coordinate cost reduction and value engineering initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and customers. Conduct market intelligence activities including competitor tracking, pricing analysis, and industry trend monitoring. Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely order execution, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, planning, supply chain, quality, and finance for smooth business operations. Support achievement of sales targets, revenue growth, and customer retention objectives.

Experience & Qualifications: Engineer/MBA with experience in 4W OEM/OE sales or key account management. Industry Preference : Automobile Woman candidates are encouraged to apply.
