Job Title: Team Leader โ Admissions Sales (EdTech) Location: Noida sec 2 Company: IIM SKILLS Time : 9:30 AM TO 6:30 PM Job Description IIM SKILLS is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader โ Admissions Sales to lead and manage a team of Admission Counselors. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the EdTech industry, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in driving sales performance and team productivity. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Admission Counselors.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of team targets. Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews. Track team KPIs, conversions, and productivity metrics.
Handle escalations and assist team members in closing admissions. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance. Coordinate with management and provide regular performance reports.
Ensure adherence to company processes and sales standards. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in EdTech Sales . At least 2 years of Team Handling/Team Leader experience .
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Graduation mandatory. Candidates from regular degree programs preferred. Compensation: CTC: Up to โน7 LPA (depending on experience and interview performance).
