Want to work where craftsmanship meets cutting-edge tech?

NI Precision uses state-of-the-art CNC machine tools, automation systems, and advanced lights-out machining in a modern workshop. Help us deliver precision components for aerospace, defence and advanced engineering sectors.

What you'll be doing:

NI Precision is seeking a detail-driven, commercially minded person to support our sales function in the precision engineering sector. This role is critical to ensuring accurate data, smooth quoting processes, and reliable customer information, enabling the business to focus on winning and delivering high-quality work.

You'll be the backbone of our sales operations - keeping systems tidy, quotes moving, information accurate and being the link between sales and production.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & MRP Administration

  • Accurate entry and maintenance of sales data within our MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system
  • Ensuring customer, pricing, and job data is kept up to date and audit-ready
  • Supporting the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales administration

CRM Management
  • Cleansing, maintaining, and improving the quality of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data
  • Ensuring customer records, contacts, and opportunities are accurate and current
  • Supporting reporting and pipeline visibility through clean data

RFQ & Quoting Support
  • Assisting with RFQ (Request for Quote) administration to enable timely and accurate quoting
  • Sourcing information on new or unusual materials, coatings, and processes
  • Liaising internally and externally to gather technical or commercial inputs for quotes

What we're looking for - Skills & Experience

Essential
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM systems and high-volume data entry
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Desirable
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a technical sales environment
  • Exposure to MRP/ERP systems
  • Familiarity with quoting or RFQ processes
  • An interest in engineering, materials, or manufacturing processes

Personal Attributes
  • Methodical, accurate, and process-driven
  • Curious and proactive when sourcing information
  • Comfortable working with technical data (you don't need to be an engineer, but willing to learn)
  • A team player who can also work independently

Why this role rocks:
  • Competitive pay-a generous rate that reflects your skill
  • Fast-paced growth and variety-supporting projects across the UK and Ireland
  • Real impact-help us uphold our reputation for delivering high-accuracy components to world-class sectors

How to apply
  • Ready to make more than just components?
