Sales Support Coordinator (Luxury Real Estate)

We are working with a luxury home developer in the Bay Area, selling residential properties across Northern and Southern California. We are looking for someone with experience in real estate or real estate sales to assist our agent in reaching out to co-brokers within the Bay Area and provide the marketing support needed to sell homes faster.

Responsibilities

• Calling luxury real estate brokers in California and close areas by phone to introduce our properties and schedule meetings with our agent
• Sending personalized follow-up emails to active prospects
• Researching properties, brokers, and market details to support targeted outreach
• Supporting AI-assisted tasks including presentations, video editing, and workflow automation
• Keeping prospect records accurate and up to date

The Ideal Candidate

• Speaks fluent English with minimal to no accent. You'll be on the phone representing a luxury real estate brand, and sounding polished and professional matters
• Has real estate or real estate sales experience (strongly preferred)
• Is confident, warm, and articulate on the phone
• Can pick up AI tools quickly and run with them
• Stays organized and proactive when managing multiple priorities
• Is sharp, self-motivated, and doesn't need to be chased

Requirements

• Full-time availability
• Pacific Time Zone business hours (9am-5pm)
• Fully remote

Compensation

- $1,100 to $1,200 USD per month, based on experience
