Sales Specialist - Energy (Chinese Speaker)

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team and support business growth through data-driven insights, strong coordination, and strategic planning. This role requires fluent Mandarin Chinese to collaborate effectively in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze key KPIs to evaluate business performance
• Coordinate with Account Managers to monitor project status and ensure execution according to plan
• Maintain internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
• Develop regional reports in collaboration with the department director
• Build periodic booking forecasts, define targets by vertical, and support strategic adjustments

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (required)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Experience working with internal systems and data management
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in sales support, business analysis, or similar roles is a plus
