Sales & Servicing Executive

Location: Chennai, Coimbatore Madurai

Qualifications:

• MBA with minimum 0 - 4 years of sales experience,
• Good academic background

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Driving new customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right IndiaMART solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and servicing.
• Managing the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to conversion and onboarding.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience and driving customer retention and revenue growth.
• Collaborating with internal teams and managing key stakeholder interactions effectively.
• Maintaining accurate sales and customer-related data and ensuring timely follow-ups.
