Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $17 - $19 per hour Hours Required: Minimum of 2 shifts/week (Avg. shift length: 5 hrs/day) What You'll Do Greet and assist families in person, over the phone, and via email/text Educate families on Goldfish programs, scheduling, and enrollment options Complete registration, billing tasks, and daily reports accurately Maintain a welcoming front desk environment and support daily facility operations Collaborate with pool deck team to ensure a smooth swimming experience Requirements/Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old Strong communication, organization, customer service skills and reliability Must be comfortable working with computers and web-based systems Able to learn new technology quickly and navigate Google Workspace platforms Sales, customer service, childcare or hospitality experience preferred Swim Instructor training and Lifeguard certification required as part of the role Training & Growth Paid training provided Lifeguard certification is required while employed Courses made available to you for completion within 90 days of employment You are paid for training time Opportunities for internal promotions and leadership growth Opportunities to play a role in both the dry side and wet side of Goldfish Swim School Join a supportive team that values development, professionalism, and creating positive experiences for families.
