Job Summary As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will play a key role in identifying business owners who need funding, building relationships, presenting our flexible financing products, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify potential business clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation methods Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients' funding needs and financial goals Present Upcrunch's funding solutions (lines of credit, working capital, equipment financing) via phone, video calls, and occasional in-person meetings Manage a sales pipeline, track progress in CRM (e.g., Salesforce or similar), and follow up consistently Collaborate with funding specialists and underwriting teams to move deals forward Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and activity metrics Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and small business financing regulations Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records of all interactions Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred (but not required for entry-level) 0 to 2 years of sales, customer service, retail, or related experience; entry-level candidates and recent graduates encouraged to apply Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection in a high-volume outbound environment Basic proficiency with CRM software, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Base Pay of $18 - 23/hour DOE + Commission 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays Ongoing sales training, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities Modern office in Downtown Los Angeles with hybrid flexibility Upcrunch, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion
