We specialize in keeping retail centers, commercial buildings, and multi-tenant properties clean and well maintained through services such as exterior porter services, pressure washing, trash enclosure cleaning, and graffiti removal. We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to help expand our commercial client base by connecting with property managers, asset managers, and commercial property owners. Position Overview This position focuses on generating new business opportunities for Splash Masters by identifying and securing commercial property service contracts. The ideal candidate is comfortable networking with property management companies, visiting commercial properties, and building relationships with decision makers. This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential for motivated sales professionals. Responsibilities Identify and develop new commercial clients including retail centers, office buildings, and multi-tenant commercial properties Build relationships with property managers and commercial property owners Prospect new business through cold calls, office visits, and networking Present Splash Masters services and explain service packages Schedule property walk-throughs and provide service estimates Follow up with potential clients to close new service agreements Maintain communication with company leadership regarding sales activity and opportunities Represent the Splash Masters brand in a professional manner Services You Will Be Selling Exterior porter services Pressure washing for sidewalks and storefronts Trash enclosure cleaning Graffiti removal and cover services Exterior commercial property cleaning programs Compensation This is a commission-based sales position designed to reward performance. Typical commission structure includes: Commission paid on newly signed service contracts Commission based on the value of the service agreement Additional incentives may be available for high-performing sales representatives Successful representatives can generate significant recurring income by securing ongoing commercial service contracts. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (commercial services, B2B sales, or property management sales a plus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable prospecting and reaching out to new clients Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys meeting people, building business relationships, and earning income based on results.
