We are hiring motivated Sales Representatives to engage with homeowners, perform inspections, and close high-value restoration projects.

What's In It For You Base pay starting at $90,000 annually plus uncapped commission On target earnings of $120,000 to $150,000 per year Vehicle stipend and company-provided branded gear Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision HSA and FSA options PTO and employee assistance program Life insurance coverage 401(k) with company match Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization Training and ongoing support to help you succeed in the field What You'll Be Doing Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers and generate interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions Perform roof inspections and assess property conditions to support recommendations Present and sell restoration services including roofing, siding, and related exterior work Track daily activity, leads, and sales performance to consistently improve close rates Work independently while managing time, routes, and follow-ups effectively What You'll Need Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Ability to obtain a solicitation permit (if required locally) Comfortable with physical activity including walking neighborhoods and climbing ladders Willing to travel locally to assigned neighborhoods and office locations as needed Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment Who Is ScaleHouse Talent?
