Responsibilities

• Prospecting, generating leads, and building a strong local pipeline
• Conducting buyer and seller conversations, providing a high standard of service
• Supporting the sales process end-to-end, from appraisal to negotiation and close
• Attending open homes and buyer appointments, maintaining strong follow-up
• Working closely with the team to execute campaigns and hit performance targets
• Maintaining professional communication and accurate records throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Full Australian working rights
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (or a willingness to obtain)
• Victorian Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong professionalism, and a goal-driven mindset
• Sales experience preferred but not essential (attitude and work ethic are key)
