Leggat Kia is looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to join our team and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Reporting to the General Manager and Sales Management Team, as the Sales Representative you are responsible for building relationships, driving results, achieving and exceeding targets, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership sales team. You must be adaptable and flexible in how the customer chooses to engage from initial inquiring to the final purchase of a vehicle. You are innately experienced in using multiple digital platforms to interact with customers from E-leads through to advance online and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with customers from first contact to final delivery. Manage and convert digital leads using CRM tools and online platforms.
Guide customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and lifestyle. Deliver engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Present pricing and financing options confidently.
Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends. Contribute to a high-performing, team-driven sales environment. What You Bring: OMVIC Certification (Required) Proven ability or strong desire to succeed in sales.
A customer-first mindset with exceptional communication skills. Confidence using digital tools, CRM systems, and online sales platforms. A self-driven, adaptable, and goal-oriented attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in closing deals. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Flexibility to work evening and weekends.
