Key Responsibilities: Consultative Selling: Present specialized VFD onsite services and maintenance programs to new and existing industrial clients.
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Target Management: Achieve sales growth milestones while maintaining our 20-year standard of excellence. Solution Architecture: Resolve technical inquiries by proposing tailored service and repair schedules.
Relationship Lifecycle: Manage follow-up appointments to keep clients updated on the latest VFD technology and preventative maintenance. Sales Collateral: Develop professional presentations that highlight our unique technical value proposition. Qualifications: Proven Sales Record: Experience in industrial sales, technical services, or VFD-related fields preferred.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM platforms to manage a complex sales pipeline. Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to build rapport and trust with facility managers and engineers. Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to navigate service contracts and close high-value agreements.
