Job Description Job Description Job Summary Sales Closers Wanted. We are hiring in-office sales professionals to handle live, high-level conversations with business owners in a performance-driven financial services environment. This is an entry-level position.

If you know how to control a call, handle objections confidently, and move deals forward with urgency, this is a serious opportunity. We are building a team of competitive closers who want to be rewarded based on performance and results. Industry Overview We specialize in helping business owners restructure high-cost Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) obligations.

Many businesses carry stacked advances with daily ACH withdrawals that create significant cash flow pressure. Our team works directly with decision-makers to present structured financial solutions that improve stability and reduce payment strain. Prior MCA experience is not required — strong closing ability is more important.

We provide product training. We cannot train work ethic. About the Role You will speak directly with business owners who are already engaged in a financial discussion.

Your responsibilities include: • Leading and controlling high-level sales calls • Identifying financial pressure points • Presenting structured solutions clearly and confidently • Overcoming objections professionally • Closing and advancing deals • Maintaining disciplined follow-up You will work in-office alongside a competitive, performance-focused team. What We’re Looking For • Sales experience preferred • Proven closing ability • Comfortable discussing financial topics with business owners • Strong phone presence and communication skills • Competitive, results-driven mindset • Able to thrive in a fast-paced in-office environment • Reliable and consistent Financial services experience is a plus, but strong sales fundamentals are more important.
