About the Role

Working with a leading organisation in the food and catering sector to recruit a Catering Sales Representative. This is a field-based role focused on driving sales growth, developing new business, and strengthening relationships across the catering and distributor network.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven individual to play a key role in expanding market presence while managing an established customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new catering customers
• Introduce new clients to the company's product range
• Grow existing accounts by expanding product offerings
• Maintain strong relationships with catering customers and distributors
• Ensure customers are consistently supplied through distributor channels
• Work closely with distributor teams to drive product sales and growth
• Deliver on agreed objectives with distributors and report accordingly
• Manage promotional campaigns on a monthly basis to maximise results

Requirements

• Experience in sales, marketing, food, or catering is advantageous but not essential
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Commercially aware with a proactive and results-driven mindset
• PC literate, savvy maintaining reporting systems
