Requirements Insurance Sales Role Requirements Strong drive to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas Comfortable working in a commission-driven, performance-based environment Proven ability (or clear desire) to quote, present, and close insurance policies Confident handling outbound calls, follow-ups, and objection management Ability to manage a full sales pipeline and maintain high close and retention rates Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable for individual production goals Coachable mindset with the ability to execute feedback and improve performance Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by bonuses, incentives, and growth Strong organizational skills to ensure accurate applications and compliance Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license or willingness to obtain
