We are seekingdynamic and passionate Sales Representativesto drive growth and expand our presence in thelife sciences market. This is anexceptional opportunityto join Bioperfectus Technologies Inc as aSales Representative, a key role focused on executing global sales strategies with precision. You will collaborate with a world-class team toimplement effective sales tactics, cultivate strong client relationships, and achieve ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and prioritize new client opportunities and develop solution-based growth strategies. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in assigned territories (Main: Connecticut) Presenttailored solutionsfrom our portfolio, includingReal-Time PCR, NGS library prep, and other life science instruments. Lead account relationships to drive expansion and renewals across our full product suite.

Develop and manage a robust pipeline of sales leads, negotiate contracts, and achieve or exceed revenue targets. Conductproduct demonstrations, technical presentations, and trainingto enhance customer adoption and satisfaction. Work collaboratively withmarketing, technical specialists, and internal teamsto ensure a seamless customer experience.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities. Provide data-driven insights and feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement. Attendtrade shows, conferences, and networking eventsto strengthen brand presence and generate leads.

Work in a team-selling environment, engaging internal resources to address customer challenges. Lead business meetings and represent the company at industry events, user meetings, and product showcases. Exchange sales leads and best practices across Bioperfectus Technologies Inc to enhance overall sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Medicine, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field. Hands-onlaboratory experiencein molecular biology, diagnostics, or related fields is a plus. Enthusiastic about sales, prior sales experiencein life sciences, medical devices, or laboratory equipment is preferred.

Strongcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (written & verbal)is highly desirable. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel up to50%of the time within the assigned territory Competitive base salary + bonus + performance-based commission.
