Overview Outside Sales Representative to join our life insurance sales team. You will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. This role allows you to work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and achieve sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment.

Location: Seattle, WA. Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform targeting qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting appropriate life insurance options.

Sales Presentation: Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, addressing client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, with regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products to position our offerings effectively.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities and progress toward targets; prepare reports for management. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring client information confidentiality and ethical standards. Qualifications Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel within the territory and maintain a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
