Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through excellent communication and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customers through cold calls, visits, and referrals Maintain strong relationships with existing customers Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and orders Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Collect customer feedback and report market trends Coordinate with warehouse/operations team for order fulfillment Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable) Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customers Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Basic computer skills (Excel, email, invoicing systems) Valid driver’s license (if field sales) High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) Required Skills Experience in wholesale, warehouse, or B2B sales Knowledge of local market and customer base Languages (Arabic, Spanish, Bangladeshi) (Looking three different speaking sales reps) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission Performance-based incentives Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Work Location On-site / Field-based
