Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales & Purchase Supervisor to manage the complete procurement and sales cycle of recyclable materials across India.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete purchase and sales lifecycle of recyclable materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, recyclers, manufacturers, traders, and industrial buyers.
- Source materials at competitive prices while ensuring quality and timely availability.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate purchase prices, selling prices, contracts, MOQs, and payment terms.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely pickup and delivery.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to maximize profitability.
- Resolve issues related to pricing, quality, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain MIS reports, procurement records, sales records, and inventory data.
- Track outstanding payments and coordinate collections.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
Experience
3–6 years in Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Recycling, Waste Management, Commodity Trading, or Supply Chain.
