Sales Project Manager Mumbai/ Delhi, India | Full-Time | On-Site Company Description JDMC Decor specializes in manufacturing premium-quality decor paper for the High Pressure Laminate (HPL) and Low Pressure Laminate (LPL) industries. Headquartered in Delhi with a PAN-India sales presence, JDMC Decor is actively expanding into new markets, product categories, and modern distribution channels. Role Description JDMC Decor is looking for a highly driven Sales Project Manager to lead and scale a new business vertical from end to end. This is not a traditional desk-sales role โ€” we are looking for someone entrepreneurial, operationally sharp, commercially aware, and comfortable building systems from the ground up. The role combines field sales, project management, client servicing, operational coordination, and business development. You will work closely with leadership to drive execution across sales growth, dealer/distributor relationships, e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, and new business opportunities. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys ownership, solving problems in real time, and building efficient processes in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a new vertical from strategy to execution Drive field sales and build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, OEMs, and industry partners Coordinate projects across sales, production, logistics, and dispatch teams Manage e-commerce and marketplace operations where applicable Coordinate with 3PL and logistics partners to ensure smooth inventory movement and delivery timelines Identify market trends, pricing opportunities, and potential growth areas Improve operational efficiency using technology, CRM systems, and smart workflows Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction Support new product launches, market expansion initiatives, and channel development Analyze sales performance and create actionable business insights Contribute to business model innovation and process optimization Qualifications Strong project coordination and execution capabilities Excellent communication and relationship management skills Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive business growth Comfortable with technology, CRM platforms, Excel, and operational tools Understanding of logistics, inventory flow, or supply chain coordination is a plus Ability to think commercially and make practical business decisions Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related fields What Weโ€™re Looking For We value people who: Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions Are commercially smart and operationally efficient Can balance field execution with strategic thinking Understand modern business systems and technology Communicate clearly and build long-term relationships Want to grow with the company and help build something meaningful
