Commercial Strategy & Operations Manager Location: Plano, TX (ONSITE) Employment Type: Contract - 6 + month contract to (hire + multi-extension capability) RATE : 40.00 /hr. Demand & Forecast Planning: Bridging the gap between Sales and Supply Chain. P&L Management: Driving margin improvements and financial health. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Lead monthly and quarterly commercial planning cycles, aligning promotional strategy with revenue and market share targets.

Demand Forecasting: Manage demand forecasts in partnership with Sales and Product teams; identify risks, bridge gaps, and ensure inventory readiness. Financial Stewardship: Own P&L performance tracking. Analyze variances, evaluate promotional ROI, and drive actions to protect margins.

Executive Insights: Translate complex sales trends and operational data into concise, executive-ready briefings and actionable business strategies. Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Experience: 4+ years in Telecommunications, CPG, or Retail (focused on supply chain, finance, or sales operations). Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills are non-negotiable. Mindset: High energy, flexible under pressure, and a strong desire to work in a highly collaborative, social office environment.

Preferred Experience Advanced degree (MBA or similar). 2–5 years in Data & Analytics, Program Management, or Business Transformation. Familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira. Proven track record of managing product launches and navigating complex matrix organizations.
